A person, sitting under a waterfall, meditates, surrounded by water and barely visible. The waterfall pours down on the meditating person, who bathes in it, and enjoys the bath in the cool water.
In the visualization, rainbows emerge and are forming bridges to friends, to the family of choice, to supporters. Even in meditation, alone under the waterfall in nature, the bridges to others are not broken and strengthen the meditating person, forming a net that holds the person.
