The same woman, once with a wig, once without. Is a woman only a woman if she wears long hair? Can this unsettle the person’s self-perception, who feels like a woman and wants to be seen as a woman? Only the person herself can decide who she is. No one has the right to deny her who or what she is, what gender she is or what pronouns she uses.
